Rentals

Is there a DELIVERY CHARGE?

We do our best to minimize delivery costs. Delivery surcharges are dependent on event location, the weight of the delivery, whether or not there are stairs, etc.

How can I book?

Once you've filled out our form, we will send a custom quote. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

Final payment is due the day of pick-up or delivery. Our deposit is made through our Square payment, Zelle, or Venmo

What is the preferred form of communication?

We prefer to communicate via text and email so we can send photos and have a record of all the details discussed for our team to refer back to.

Am I able to pick-up the equipment?

Yes, pick-ups are done at our warehouse.

Return time will be discussed at the moment pick-up is done. Please check-in when returning items.

What if I have to reschedule or cancel?

If you'd like to reschedule your event, the deposit can be applied to a future date within 6 months of your original event date. If you decide to cancel due to bad weather, the deposit will be applied to any future available date.

Designs & Signage

Are signs only available to rent or can I purchase?

Our mirror signage only available for rent. Our acrylic and smaller signages are available for purchase. If you are interested in purchasing, please let us know and we can put together a custom quote for you.

Are signs available for delivery?

Our designs and signs will soon be available for delivery. However, at present, we are only catering to customers in the tristate area.

How is the signage customized to the client?

We offer pre-set templates for signage, but are happy to take custom requests from clients. Our designs are created using the user-friendly design platform, Canva. Additionally, if clients have a design they'd like to use for their signage, we can incorporate it as well.
